When it comes to asset tracking, asset tracker installation flexibility matters as much as performance. TOPFLYtech’s TLP Series and TLW2-12B Asset Trackers are designed with ease of deployment in mind — making them ideal for a wide range of industries and equipment types.
From trailers and containers to construction machinery, agricultural vehicles, and portable generators, our trackers can be installed quickly, securely, and with minimal maintenance.
Our partners around the world use four main installation methods — each suited to different environments and operational needs:
Each installation method has its strengths. The right choice depends on asset type, mounting position, and operational environment.
Trackers can be mounted on the top, side, or even hidden inside the asset — depending on the desired level of visibility and protection.
However, please note: when using magnetic installation, the removal alert triggered by the rear light sensor will not function properly, as the small gap between the magnet and the surface prevents the sensor from detecting full contact.
Whether your deployment involves hundreds of shipping containers or remote-site machinery, TOPFLYtech’s asset trackers offer a combination of installation simplicity, durability, and adaptability.
With our global partners, we continue to refine installation solutions that balance efficiency, aesthetics, and long-term stability.
